2 cups rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust based on heat preference)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

1/2 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.

    Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined, making sure the cream cheese is fully blended in.
