Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Zest of 1 lemon

Zest of 1 orange

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons fresh orange juice

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh herbs (parsley and dill) for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, orange zest, lemon juice, orange juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).

Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F). If using a grill basket or foil, lightly grease them to prevent sticking.

Grill the Salmon: Remove the salmon from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Place the fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Serve: Carefully remove the grilled salmon from the grill and place it on a serving platter.

            - Presentation Tips: Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley and dill. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for additional freshness, along with a colorful side salad or grilled seasonal vegetables.
