Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1 cup spinach, fresh

1 cup heavy cream

½ teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Add to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Sauté Aromatics: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add Sun-Dried Tomatoes: Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes to incorporate the flavors.

Create the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and add the dried Italian herbs. Let simmer for about 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Incorporate Spinach and Cheese: Add in the fresh spinach and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the spinach is wilted and the cheese is melted and well-blended into the sauce.

Combine Chicken and Sauce: Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spoon the sauce over them, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to warm the chicken back up.

Final Touches: Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.

                Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the Tuscan chicken on a large platter topped with extra sauce, and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Pair it with a side of pasta or crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce!
